2026 Indoor Vendor Space - NOT for food/beverage stands (see the Concessions application)

Commercial space indoors (approximately 10’ X 10’) costs $300.00 and is in the Dellinger building (non air-conditioned). Pipe and drape will be provided to divide vendor spaces. You must provide your own table, chairs, etc.

Indoor Space is to be staffed in person throughout the entire fair and the hours open to the public are:
July 20-25: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

July 26: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fair closes at 5:00.

2026 Outdoor Vendor Space - NOT for food/beverage stands (see the Concessions application)

Commercial space outdoors is $3.00-$4.00 per sq. foot ($300 minimum). You must provide your own table, chairs, etc. You must also provide a trailer or a quality tent of your own, or rent one from ACC Party Rentals or a similar business. A pop-up tent is not recommended since they are not strong enough to endure summer wind gusts and possible storms.

Outdoor space is to be staffed throughout the entire fair for the following time periods but may open earlier and stay open later to align with the fair gate hours. Hours open to the public are:
July 20-25: 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

July 26: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fair closes at 5:00.

*We strive to have a variety of vendors as well as Franklin County government agencies.

Your completed application is not a guarantee of a Vendor space at the Franklin County Fair in Hilliard, Ohio. It will be kept on file and if the opportunity becomes available for the listed products, you will be contacted by the committee to move forward in the process of securing a space.
