INDOOR PARKING
STARTING OCTOBER 29, 30, AND 31, 2026 - for 5 months
The Franklin County Agricultural Society offers seasonal indoor parking. *Note- Buildings and barns are not heated.
NEW THIS YEAR! All customers are asked to fill out the online application below (each item needs a separate application). After receipt and review of your application, you will be notified and if a space is available, we will draw up a contract and email to you for your e-signature.
The one-time indoor parking fee is due at the time of signing the contract. Indoor parking will incur sales tax.
Rates are as follows:
2026-2027 Indoor Parking Rental Rates:
18 feet (footage rounded up) = $300. Each additional foot is $15. Click here for Rate chart
It is important to note that the contract specifies that property (Camper, RV, Boat, Car/Truck, Motorcycle, Golf Cart, Trailer, etc.) must be brought to the fairgrounds on October 29, 30, or 31, 2026.
Once the property is parked, it may not be removed early. Items are parked on a first in-last out basis.
Items are to be winterized including but not limited to: removal of batteries, removal of propane tanks and removal of hitch locks. No use of electricity is permitted during the parking period.
Access Fee: If you need to access your property while it is being stored, an appointment is required so we can ensure staff are available to assist you. A $25 access fee will apply for each visit.
Late Pickup Fee: A $20 per-day storage fee will be charged for any property that is not picked up on the designated move-out day.
