OUTDOOR PARKING

OFFERED YEAR-ROUND

  • The outdoor parking is in a fenced in area on Northwest Parkway.

  • Outdoor parking contracts are month-to-month with in-and-out privileges.

  • This space is for parking and not storage. Personal vehicles only. No business/work vehicles allowed.

  • Effective January 1, 2026, a tiered pricing structure has been implemented, with billing available on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. (Please note: total unit length includes the hitch and trailer.)

  • Quarterly rates are $150 for units 25 feet and under and $180 for units over 25 feet.

  • Semi-annual rates include a $5 monthly discount.  Rates are $270 for units 25 feet and under and $330 for units over 25 feet.

  • Annual rates include a $10 monthly discount.  Rates are $480 for units 25 feet and under and $600 for units over 25 feet.

  • There is a $25.00 security deposit for a key fob to access the parking area.

  • The tires on all vehicles and trailers need to be maintained along with current tags.

For Outdoor Parking Customers moving to Seasonal Indoor Parking and then back out to Outdoor Parking:

Because outdoor space is limited and there is an active waitlist, Indoor customers who wish to retain their outdoor space must select one of the following options:

  • Pay for the 7 months of outdoor parking along with your indoor parking fee. Outdoor parking rates:‍ ‍$280 for units 25 feet or less or $380 for units over 25 fee. This saves $10 per month compared with paying quarterly.

  • or pay a $100 flat fee to hold your outdoor space.

CONTRACTS

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please contact the fair office to set up an appointment between: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 2:00 p.m.

  1. Bring a printed photo (or email it to us) of your property.

  2. Bring your valid Driver’s License

  3. Bring the license plate number.

  4. Bring the vehicle information needed to complete the contract: Type of vehicle, make and model, year, color, and VIN #. (if bringing a boat - OH Watercraft #)

  5. Cash or checks payable to FCAS (Franklin County Agricultural Society) are accepted. Credit and Debit card payments are also accepted and will include a credit card convenience fee of $3 for under $100 or 3% for over $100.

  6. Once the contract is completed and signed, your payment (Outdoor Parking will also include including a $25 key fob security deposit) will be due immediately. You will be issued a permit tag which must be displayed on your vehicle at all times.
