OUTDOOR PARKING

OFFERED YEAR-ROUND

  • The outdoor parking is in a fenced in area on Northwest Parkway.

  • Outdoor parking contracts are month-to-month with in-and-out privileges.

  • This space is for parking and not storage. Personal vehicles only. No business/work vehicles allowed.

  • Effective January 1, 2026, a tiered pricing structure has been implemented, with billing available on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis. Quarterly rates are $150 for units 25 feet and under and $180 for units over 25 feet. Semi-annual rates include a $5 monthly discount.  They are $270 for units 25 feet and under and $330 for units over 25 feet. Annual rates include a $10 monthly discount.  They are $480 for units 25 feet and under and $600 for units over 25 feet. (Please note: total unit length includes the hitch and trailer.)

  • There is a $25.00 security deposit for a key fob to access the parking area.

  • The tires on all vehicles and trailers need to be maintained along with current tags.

For Outdoor Parking Customers moving to Seasonal Indoor Parking and then back out to Outdoor Parking:

If an outdoor parking customer would like to move their vehicle to seaonal indoor parking and has plans to return their vehicle to outdoor parking in 2027, there is a holding fee to reserve a space for 5 months until you return to the outdoor space, as there has been a waitlist for outdoor parking.

  • Units 25 feet and under – $100 holding fee to hold your space.

  • Units over 25 feet – $125 holding fee to hold your space.

INDOOR PARKING

STARTING OCTOBER 29, 30, AND 31, 2026 - for 5 months

The Franklin County Agricultural Society offers seasonal indoor parking. *Note- Buildings and barns are not heated.

  • NEW THIS YEAR! All customers are asked to fill out the online application below (each item needs a separate application). After receipt and review of your application, you will be notified and if a space is available, we will draw up a contract and email to you for your e-signature.

  • The one-time indoor parking fee is due at the time of signing the contract. Indoor parking will incur sales tax.

    Rates are as follows:

    • 2026-2027 Indoor Parking Rental Rates: 

      18 feet (footage rounded up) = $300. Each additional foot is $15. Click here for Rate chart

  • It is important to note that the contract specifies that property (Camper, RV, Boat, Car/Truck, Motorcycle, Golf Cart, Trailer, etc.) must be brought to the fairgrounds on October 29, 30, or 31, 2026.

  • Once the property is parked, it may not be removed early.  Items are parked on a first in-last out basis.

  • Items are to be winterized including but not limited to: removal of batteries, removal of propane tanks and removal of hitch locks. No use of electricity is permitted during the parking period.

  • Access Fee: If you need to access your property while it is being stored, an appointment is required so we can ensure staff are available to assist you. A $25 access fee will apply for each visit.

  • Late Pickup Fee: A $20 per-day storage fee will be charged for any property that is not picked up on the designated move-out day.

OUTDOOR PARKING CONTRACTS

IMPORTANT NOTES

Please contact the fair office to set up an appointment between: Monday through Friday, 9:30 am - 2:00 p.m.

  1. Bring a printed photo (or email it to us) of your property.

  2. Bring your valid Driver’s License

  3. Bring the license plate number.

  4. Bring the vehicle information needed to complete the contract: Type of vehicle, make and model, year, color, and VIN #. (if bringing a boat - OH Watercraft #)

  5. Cash or checks payable to FCAS (Franklin County Agricultural Society) are accepted. Credit and Debit card payments are also accepted and will include a credit card convenience fee of $3 for under $100 or 3% for over $100.

  6. Once the contract is completed and signed, your payment (Outdoor Parking will also include including a $25 key fob security deposit) will be due immediately. You will be issued a permit tag which must be displayed on your vehicle at all times.
