PARKING RENTAL

OUTSIDE PARKING

OFFERED YEAR-ROUND

  • The parking is in a fenced area on Northwest Parkway.

  • Outside parking contracts are month to month.

  • There is a $25.00 security deposit for a key fob to access the parking area.

  • The cost is $40.00 per month for units up to 25 feet and $50.00 per month for units over 25 feet (including hitches or trailer length)

  • This space is for parking and not storage.

  • The tires on all vehicles and trailers need to be maintained along with current tags.

Outdoor Parking Customers

If an outdoor parking customer would like to move their vehicle to the inside parking and has plans to return their vehicle to outdoor parking on April 6, 2024, there is a holding fee to reserve a space for 5 months until you return to the outdoor space as there has been a waitlist for outdoor parking.

  • Units up to 25 feet – $100 holding fee to keep your space held

  • Units over 25 feet – $125 holding fee to keep your space held

INDOOR PARKING

NOVEMBER 4, 2023 - April 6, 2024

The Franklin County Agricultural Society also has seasonal inside parking available.

  • It is on a first come first serve basis and the contracts will be available to sign beginning the first Monday of October.

  • It is important to note that the contract specifies that units(vehicles) must be brought on November 4, 2023 AND will be picked up on April 6, 2024.

  • Once the unit is parked, it can not be removed early. 

  • Access fee… for those requesting to access their vehicle while it is stored, there will be a $25 fee.

  • There will be a daily fee for any unit not picked up on April 6, 2024.

  • The parking fee is due upon signing the contract. There is a one-time payment for parking from November 4, 2023 – April 6, 2024, as follows:

  • Car, Jet Ski, or motorcycle that is 16 feet or under – $200 Flat Fee

  • All trailers, boats, RVs, campers, and pop-ups – $12 per foot – tip to toe

Examples:

  • 27-foot boat on a trailer.  The trailer length from tip to tip is 31 feet in length.  Storage fee 31 x $12 = $372 for 5 months of indoor parking

  • 17-foot pop-up camper (including hitch).  Storage fee 17 x $12 = $204 for 5 months of indoor parking

  • 50 foot RV – 50 x $12 = $600 for 5 months of indoor parking

  1. Bring in the Declaration page of your insurance, showing the vehicle and that it has current coverage

  2. Bring the vehicle information needed to complete the contract

  3. Cash or check accepted.  Credit and debit cards can be accepted with a 3% credit card convenience fee added

  4. Once completed you will receive permit or tag
