BUILDING RENTAL
Building Rental Information, Hilliard, Ohio
The Franklin County Agricultural Society has three primary buildings that can be rented for various events, parties, vendor shows, classrooms or product shows during non-fair time. These buildings are not available during the month of July as we are preparing for our annual Fair and cleaning up after the Fair.
The Burke Building includes an arena that can accommodate livestock shows, horse shows, or many other events.

The Edwards Building
Located at 5035 NW Parkway, the Edwards Building is 60’ x 120’; approximately 7,200 square feet. The maximum capacity would be 640 people. The seating capacity is 490. Rental includes up to 50 tables and 200 chairs. If available, additional tables can be rented at $5.00 each and additional chairs at $1.00 each.
The Edwards Building has a concrete floor, restrooms, heat, air conditioning and sound panels.
The Ganyard Building
Located at 5031 NW Parkway, the Ganyard Building is 48’ x 120’; approximately 5760 square feet. The maximum capacity is 540 people. The seating capacity is 400. Rental includes up to 50 tables and 200 chairs. If available, additional tables can be rented at $5.00 each and additional chairs at $1.00 each.
The Ganyard Building has a concrete floor, restrooms, air-conditioning, and heat.
The Burke Building
The Burke Building is 200’ x 220’; approximately 44000 square feet. The Burke Building has asphalt floors in part of the building and a dirt floor arena in the middle. Available with rental: 40 rustic wooden tables along with 90 durable chairs in a variety of colors.
There are bleachers and restrooms. Note: The building is not heated.
The Burke Building is only available for rental from April thru October, but NOT July. From November to April, the Burke Building is used for indoor winter parking.
The Franklin County Agricultural Society has smaller buildings that can be rented for meetings.
The Fairgrounds also has over 40 acres of land that can be rented for 5K runs, festival events and outdoor craft shows. Rates for various uses are determined by the size of the event and parking requirements.
