and fill out that form.
Interior Vendor Space – Commercial space (approximately 10 X 10) costs $300.00 and is inside the Dellinger building (non air-conditioned). Pipe and drape will be provided to divide vendor spaces.
Interior Space is to be manned throughout the entire fair for the following time periods:
July 15-17, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
July 18-20, 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
July 21, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Exterior Vendor Space – Commercial space outside is $3.00-$4.00 per sq. foot ($300 minimum). You must provide a trailer or a quality tent of your own or rent one from ACC Party Rentals. A pop-up tent is not acceptable since they are not strong enough to endure summer wind gusts and possible storms.
Exterior Space has the same minimum hours to be manned as Interior Space but can open earlier and stay open later to align with fair gate hours.
We do strive to have a variety of vendors as well as Franklin County government agencies.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all applicants receive an invitation to attend. A contract will be sent if selected.
