Greetings Friends!

2011 marks our 94th year of hosting the Franklin County Fair. While everyone was busy digging out from one of our most severe winters on record, our members and volunteers were busily preparing for our fair.

4-H clubs have been hard at work learning and preparing for their day of judging, whether it is a first time livestock project or for a new Aerospace project competition. We can be proud of our young people and thankful for their 4-H Leaders who give of their time for our future leaders.

We have many new events, entertainment and educational opportunities for guests of all ages.  Of course we have some time honored fun favorites too, from Moto Cross and Truck and Tractor pulls to Saturday night perennial favorite: Demolition Derby. The Franklin County Agricultural Society will proudly continue to serve the public by hosting our annual fair and providing an opportunity for education, entertainment and recreation while continuing to promote its purpose, honor its past and build for its future.
