The Board discussed 2010 Fair grandstand entertainment options. Caged Mixed Martial Arts Fighting is a possibility. Chris Larkin local trainer fighter basically will set it all up and run it for us. Cheerleading contest is a possibility. Costs consist of mat rental expenses, prize money, small fees for judges and a person to run the event. Bull Riding event with barrel racing is another potential event. We could add a Latino band and attempt to attract Franklin County’s Hispanic population.

Allison moved to hold caged fighting on Friday night and have truck and tractor pulls moved to Wednesday and Thursday. Motion seconded by Barb Rushley. During discussion Barb moved to lay motion on the table and move on to other business.
